Wellness content, not medical advice
Still offers general yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellness content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional care. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning an exercise or wellness program, especially if you have a health concern, injury, or are pregnant.
Practice at your own pace. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unwell, and seek appropriate medical assistance when needed.
Use of Still
You may use Still for your personal, non-commercial wellness practice. Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of Still except as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Still name, logo, app design, text, audio, artwork, and other content are owned by or licensed to Still Wellness and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party services
App store downloads are provided through Apple and Google. Your use of their services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Still as we improve the service. We do not guarantee that Still will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Still is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Still. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
